Wool Nepps
Outback Fibers sells Wool Nepps imported from DHG.
Wool Nepps are little cast off bits of wool from the wool carding process. They look like small pilling balls and are another embellishment for your felting projects. Because the fiber is rolled tightly, you may need to put a thin layer of wool over them. You could also use hankies, or our Margilan Silk.
